Five minute auto-rickshaw ride from the station which was great after a long train journey. Rahul wanted to be helpful and was friendly. The price we paid for the hotel is comparable to the experience and facilities.

The staff is the sweetest and very polite. The food was also good. The location is 3-4 kms from golden temple and other attractions. It's on the main road and really close to railway station, so accessibility is good.

We had an amazing stay here! The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful - I don’t think I’ve ever had more amazing service than here. They were always ready to help us with everything we needed. Besides that, the room was amazing too. Very clean, spacious, cozy, comfortable bed, and nice bathroom with good shower. The location is good - it’s next to the railway station but still quiet. There are some nice restaurants and cafes around. Besides that, the owner had great english, so it’s a good place for foreigners to stay.

Exceptional customer service. The owner Rahul, manages the property very well and super friendly and knowledgeable. Our rooms were upgraded free of cost. The food cost for room service was very reasonable. Two staff members were on call/duty at all times for the room. We ordered some things that staff had to go out and get from the general stores outside the hotel without any hassle. Ample security, free parking, easy ride to city centre (80 Rs on e-rickshaw). Quiet and relaxed place for the ɓest price point. Customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend.

The stay was exceptional! Rahul and Mr. Bakshi really went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Mr. Bakshi advised extensively on local sightseeing, and was very kind to take us around in his car and show us some out-of-the-way sights. Thank you Mr. Bakshi, the view of the dilapidated residence of Col Dyer was indeed very interesting. Thanks to Rahul for all the wonderful travel arrangements. We had a very memorable stay!

Everything was perfect . Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

“Brand new modern Hotel”

This hotel is new. I believe only having been open for 6 mths. Therefore only a handful of rooms are ready at the moment, just the first floor. Rahul the owner was very proactive with us during our stay....giving us great tips & advice every day. Bed & pillows were really comfortable, so we slept well. Bathroom had modern facilities...ie rain shower & bidet. Breakfast was brought up to our room as the restaurant isn't finished being built yet.The AC worked very well along with the ceiling fan. I Would definitely recommend this hotel as it is a family run business,so they are always aiming to please.The owners also speak & understand very good English..

The hotel manager and the staff was super friendly and helped us with everything from restaurants, sight seeings etc. Very nice stay!

The owners are very humble always at ur helping personally
