“Awesome stay with excellant staff and hospitality.”

Room was excellant. Everything was fine. The staff is really awesome and hats off to their hospitality. I stayed with my mother. After we had checked out, my flight was in evening and hence we wanted to visit some places in Amritsar. The hotel staff agreed that we can keep our bags and collect them in evening before flying. However my mother developed some health issues. The hotel staff allowed us to stay in the lounge and later occupy again the same room we left for the day without any exrtra costs. They also guided about some good restaurants and travelling inside amritsar. I would surely again stay here. It is a little far off from the golden temple, however we arrived by train and train station is 10min away.

“PATHETIC”

One of the most horrible experience I have had with this property. Daily water was not placed in the room after cleaning and when you ask for it, first a fall there is no staff to attend, no one picks up the housekeeping or Reception call. You need to go to the reception and ask for water, then they will send after an hour as sometimes there is no stock of water bottles or there is no staff to provide. Even there was an issue with bathroom water supply. Almost all the guests had gathered at reception at around 6 am as there was no Tap water. and many other guests had the same experience in past about the tap water going off. The water started at around 9 am. The whole night there was no water in bathroom. Pathetic stay. Don't ever consider this property for your stay
