Me and my partner absolutely loved this hotel. everything about it was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was delicious. the main hotel area was beautiful and really felt like a sanctuary, there is a building site next door but it did not bother us one bit! However what made our stay the best was the staff. Specifically a lovely gentlemen named lucas/luca! He provided us with the highest standard of customer service and really made our stay special! Because it’s a smaller family run hotel is has a very cosy vibe and you always feel like a priority with the staff. Myself and my partner are a queer couple and stayed at Alsus for our anniversary and we could not have felt more comfortable.

The hotel’s garden area was beautiful, lush, and filled with plants, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Every single member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful at all times of the day. No matter the request or issue, they were always ready to assist with a smile. The cocktails were exceptional, especially the signature creations. We highly recommend the Signature Piña Colada and the Sicario—both were absolutely delicious and among the best cocktails we had during our stay. Don’t miss them! 😀

I had a great stay at Alsus Boutique Hotel. The entire place was spotless, and you can really tell the staff put in the effort to keep everything clean and up to a high standard. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, always making sure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay as much as possible. I even spent time chatting with some of the staff, and they were incredibly helpful when it came to giving directions and recommending places around the area. Their hospitality really made the experience stand out.

Very neat, stylish and comfortable room, a good dining. The hotel is located close to the coastline which is great for summer, but could be a bit quiet in winter. Depends, what you up to, anyway, you won't be disappointed!

We loved the friendliness of the staff and the room was just like in the photos. The restaurant here is great, a bit pricy but the food and drinks are delicious. Also enjoyed the private pool that came with the room.
