The hotel is basic, but we knew that before we arrived. Rooms were small but clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating (we needed an extra towel and it was provided without question or charge). Secure parking and hotel set in an interesting spot in a leisure park next to Zoo, restaurants and bars. We had a good nights sleep, without disturbances. Breakfast was basic but more than adequate.

No reception, no phone. We arrived late but no one was there. We received no info or email telling us no one will be there. I called but the phone was "blocked". I wrote in the chat and nothing. I had to find a new place with my 2 and 6 year old kids at 11pm... Horrible.

Used B& B hotels before. They are good value, are great for overnight or a couple of days. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good buffet style. Usually located on business parks with a selection of eateries nearby. Amneville hotel is in a good location for motorway access. Good facilities nearby.
