the building is spectacular situated next to the castle. hosts were very engaging and helpful. It is a 15 minute taxi if you want to get into Den Bosch town centre . breakfast was good and the rooms lovely.

Beautiful surroundings. Helpful and friendly staff. Gorgeous and very clean room that was beautifully decorated. The breakfast was simple but plentiful and delicious and we had everything we needed. Location is lovely and quiet. The castle is very interesting and a great walk with the dog.

The location and original state of the rooms. The rooms were neat and very clean. The castle and views next to it were wonderful. Most of the staff was friendly. There shower gel and insect screens were also a nice touch. The city centre is at a walking distance.

The Koetshuis B&B is beautifully situated in front of the bridge to Ammersoyen Castle. Surrounded by a small park and meadows. I arrived at night and I thought I was teleported to the past. The whole experience gave me a unique sensation of being close to history. Also the B&B interior has this uniqueness due to the old masonry, dark thick beams and wooden panels everywhere. You think you sleep inside a castle tower. In the morning you look at at beautiful meadows through the little windows. My late night (self-)checkin with a friendly host went smoothly and in the morning I was greeted by another cheerful host and a perfect breakfast (buffet).

Fantastic views of the historic Castle and in a great location for our cycling break. The host and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good WiFi, nice breakfast and storage space inside for our bikes.

Absolutely stunning place to stay, with the view of the castle. When I was there I was the only guest, so I had the whole property to myself. The courtyard looked beautiful during the night with all the lights. The room was nicely decorated and the breakfast was really tasty! I could wholehearteadly recommed this unique acommodation!
