“Not worth it”
It was old and not well taken care of. The first room smelled like urine and the bed sheets were dirty. We were given a different room, but it screams for a renovation. Towels were old, and the AC did not work well.

“Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Grandstay and would not hesitate to book again should the need arise.”
The location is great with several dining options nearby. Walkable if you do not have a car. Room was clean and towels were changed everyday. Separate seating and dining area in the room made the stay quite comfortable. Did not have a need to use the kitchenette. Tea/coffee, juices was available 24/7 in the breakfast area.

“Good for a quick stay wit good breakfast variety”
Convenient for us for a quick stay on the road. Breakfast was good and had good variety. Nice to have a small kitchenette with a good size fridge and a desk / table.

We never once had housekeeping service show up to our room without us asking for it and even then it showed up and someone was sleeping in our room and they left. We had to go to the front desk every day for towels poor service poor service.

“I had a wonderful stay. I would stay here again but bring my own coffee pot. Rates were great!”
It was warm and inviting. I liked that shopping was right across the street and Earl May too. TJMaxx, Old Navy and a lot of other stores. The employees were friendly. I liked they had pool and hot tub.

Set up of the rooms with a sliding doors to the bedrooms was a great idea. The separation gave our group the privacy of multiple rooms.

The layout of the room - beds in separate rooms was very nice. It was also very close to ISU, as we were visiting campus.
