Conveniently located in Ames, short drive from Iowa state. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Exactly what you'd expect from a hotel in this price range.

“We wanted a nice place to sleep and the bed was comfortable so we got what we came for.”
The breakfast was not great. they were out of pancake mix and had no butter. THere were no rolls or donuts, just bread and bagels which wasnt good without butter.
