“Memorable and quality stay”
Great hotel and deserving of its 4 stars by Brazilian standards. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable and with quality linen. The breakfast is great in the restaurant area that is of high standard in design and ambience. Definitely my new go to hotel when in Americana.

The Premium Suite is very spacious and comfortable. Amazing bathtub with jets. The pool is in a nice relaxing area and it pleasant to spend time outside. Breakfast is good with a nice spread of savory, sweet, and local fruits. The front desk crew were helpful and polite.

“Really great room, amazing reception (Richard in particular) but rude and disrespectful manager”
The room was nice, and room service itself was quite good. Decent facilities. I’d recommend checking out the steam room as this was one of the more unique features about the hotel. Restaurant is amazing!
