“Gorgeous Home in American River”

Gorgeous location in the heart of beautiful American River. Coming back to the warm fireplace after a day of exploring was extra special. Gorgeous sunrises over Pelican Lagoon watching the swans and pelicans. Great, well equipped house.

Well equipped with everything you need. The fireplace made the house very cosy. Lovely location looking out to the water. Very quiet and peaceful.

We loved this place. My children are very keen to come back again. They loved this space especially, as the internet is fast and the TV set is of good quality. I loved the kitchen and appliances and enjoyed cooking. It is a stunning location. Our US friends who stayed with us escaped to the hotel, as they found this place too cold. The heating is only in the living room. We still enjoyed it, as we prefer to sleep in cool rooms. Kids loved splashing in the bathtub.

Location location. Right on the esplanade and access to everything. Nothing flash but everything we needed including a fireplace (every night), a full pantry of every cooking ingredient. Quiet and peaceful. Few people and fewer cars.

The location was extremely convenient. The place was clean. Would definitely recommend friends.

The location was great. Good to have the fireplace and wood supplied (one of the main reasons we picked this property). Nice to have some food supplies in the fridge and cupboard.

The room for our family, clean & comfortable. The view & river right across the road was amazing, we saw an amazing sunrise & star gazing saw a meteor shower. Walking distance to the local attractions.

The location and of course the outlook . Beautiful starting and ending the day watching pelicans and seagulls on the water. Spacious house. Great sized bedrooms. Access to pantry supplies if needed. Comfortable mattresses.
