Absolutely beautiful views from the upstairs villa, very clean and spacious room. Meals were lovely and Made was very helpful and always smiling. If your looking for a very peaceful and villa you will love this

“Fantastic place to stay and yummy local food!”

Meditasi is on the far Southern side of Amed area. As a result it's nice and quiet. Also quite traditional and a bit more village feel than the bustling tourist end of town. The seaview room was great. We enjoyed relaxing on the verandah watching the sea, and the fishermen bring back their catch. We even saw dolphins sitting on the verandah. The staff were friendly and helpful. Also accommodating as we sometimes had early starts for diving and they'd arrange for early breakfast for us. The best was the food. Amazing local recipes fresh to order. Hands down the best food we had all holiday. Unique dishes I didn't see on any other menu and packed with flavour! We'd happily go back and stay again! Was a wonderful experience.

Calm, relaxing stay with authentic location with superfriendly and helpful Balinese family. Food supertasty, snorkelling great (at least two turtles per day). Family keep facilities very clean, Wifi worked very well. Greatly arranged pickup from earlier place. Can hartly recomment this place: do not expect noise, party, beach sellers, white sand, but the feeling of "true" Bali, away from western and central Amed.

It’s a very peaceful, waterfront location with beautiful views and amazing snorkelling right outside — crystal clear water, colourful fish, coral, reef sharks and turtles. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the food was delicious and clearly made with care. It’s about 15 minutes by scooter to town, with great restaurants much closer, and everything you need on site.

Every year I coming to this place and enjoy amazing environment ! Sounds of nature , waves , tasty food . Totally rejuvenation and relax! My room was great and very big size , pool was cooling . Only 1 thing you want always stay here more longer !

The location on the beach, the food was the best I’ve had in Bali. The service was amazing and Wayan was very helpful in organising taxis, massages etc. It was very peaceful and the sunrise views were beautiful.

Fab room with amazing sea and mountain views. AC great, loads of space.fab outdoor shower in a quiet location with no construction near by.. loved being Able to order lunch and eat it on our own large terrace with a fab view that is in shade most of the day.

Beautiful up stairs room, great outdoor bathroom, views each way to both beach and hills. Great for watching fishing boats. Super comfy bed in very spacious room. In room massage and restaurant on site. Quiet fishing village has very local flavour. We had a few days in the peaceful village here and a few days in busier Amed township, a perfect balance

We had a fabulous stay here, away from town so lovely quiet and chill but other restaurants walkable. Fabulous spot to watch sunrise and fishing boats coming and going, onsite massage, beautiful setting. Upstairs room fabulous! Good ac, lovely pool, wonderful local people always so friendly and helpful.

Beautiful beachside sea views plus mountain views. Watching the sunrise and the fishing boats from our deck in the mornings was quite a spectacle. Upstairs so nice cool breezes, peaceful, very spacious room, daybed in shade on deck as well was lovely spot to chill. Pool with some shade is a plus. Great restaurant with lots of choices, delicious pina colada! Massage on site. Lovely large bathroom, comfy bed with nice linen. Very clean, good aircon. Stoney out front but just few minutes walk along beachfront to sandy beach for swimming. Lovely food at restaurant next door too.

“Great hideaway”

Meditasi is a beautiful little hideaway. It is located in Aas along the coast in the Amed area. Most tourists don’t venture this far. This also means that there aren’t many facilities. But there is a rocky beach with beautiful snorkelling. Every morning the fishing boats come in what is a great sight. The hosts are very friendly and always willing to help out. The food is amazing! The room (we had the cabin without sea view but still with a breeze) is fairly basic but private, comfortable and clean. There is a daybed on the veranda which was really nice. In short, I loved the place.

Very nice place to stay with breathtaking ocean views. The staff is very friendly. There are many excursion options. There's also a great reef for snorkeling right outside. The breakfast and food are wonderful and authentic.

Room and service far exceeded our expectation. Haven to return to at the end of the day. Just wish we stayed longer to spend a few days just relaxing at Meditasi. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay here! Madi, always with a big smile, helped us with everything we needed, from renting a scooter to arranging excursions and transportation. The food is absolutely delicious. The place has such a romantic vibe, with breathtaking red sunrises over Lombok. The outdoor bathroom is simply amazing. Everything is spotless and very comfortable. The area also has some fantastic snorkeling spots just nearby. Highly recommended!

“Stay for meditation”

We stayed here in July 2025. Wi-Fi was free. The place seems more suitable for meditation or relaxation. The rooms were clean, with water, coffee, and tea provided. The outdoor bed was a pleasant touch. In the evening, it gets dark early, and the lighting in the room is quite dim. We had breakfast included and also purchased dinner. The accommodation does not accept credit cards. Site staff were friendly and trying to help. At night, it was very quiet—only the geckos could be heard. It’s important to use mosquito repellent spray. Beds were comfortable.

“Tranquil and comfortable beachfront escape”

We had a lovely stay at the bungalows right on the beach—falling asleep to the sound of the sea, feeling the breeze, watching sunrises and sunsets was pure joy. The pool was beautiful, the place was spotless with no bugs at all, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We really appreciated the privacy and the cozy on-site restaurant, which offered some unique dishes we hadn’t seen before. Madi was warm, friendly, and very helpful. Such a peaceful, relaxing place—we truly enjoyed every moment.
