Beautiful spot. We had an amazing view of the ocean. The staff are friendly and helpful. They made our stay a happy experience.

The staff were so lovely and friendly, very helpful and even gave me a lift to a dance class I was late to..the rooms had a fridge and water provided which was great. Right next to the beach and the water temple. Good wifi too.

The location could not be more perfect, especially for anyone who likes snorkeling and diving. Right on Jemeluk Bay, the views are beautiful, the access to the reef is fantastic and the room was comfortable. Staff are very friendly and attentive too!

“Great place to stay, and eat, in Amed.”

We first stayed at BSBC, in Nov 2024, for a very memorable, beautiful 6 days. The morning sunrises were consistently spectacular, and the days were perfect. This time we squeezed in 4 days. It was lovely to reconnect with the very warm, and welcoming, Darmi. Always ready with a smile, and happy to assist in any way. This time, the sunrises were clouded each morning, and there were heavy showers a couple of evenings, leaving the seas a bit choppy, and cloudy during parts of the day. Despite all that, the snorkling was still enjoyable, the sea life amazing, and the waters nice and warm, not chilly at all. Complimentary breakfast was better than previously, with the addition of eggs to the menu (prepared to your liking), as an option to the balinese crepes. Each morning we both enjoyed delicious fresh, seasonal fruit, omelettes, toast and ginger tea. Food at their cafe was always very tasty, so we ended up having dinner, there, three of the four nights. We stayed in an upstairs room, this time, with a seaview balcony, where we daily sat, to sip our morning cuppas, using hot water from a thermos, provided with a fresh set of cups & saucers. Overall, another lovely stay, with hopes of returning once again ❤️

Coral abundance of fish maybe 10 metres from the hotel restaurant. Excellent food surprised how good it was even the free breakfast . Staff we so helpful to organise anything eg bike hire, car to airport .

“Great location”

Staff were wonderful. Helped set up their charger when my universal one wouldn’t work. Notified me when I left something behind. You get a tray of hot water, tea and coffee delivered early each morning to your terrace. There is a large water dispenser in our room so never had to buy any. They let me change rooms from a dungeon to upstairs one with nice view. Big bed. The snorkelling right out front was fab. The food at the cafe was very good and inexpensive. Not far from a supermarket and pub at top of hill for sunset lookout.

We loved it here. Great location on the beach. We enjoyed the snorkelling and it’s just 10 minutes away from the main strip where there are lots of eateries etc.

Best part of Jemeluk Bay for snorkeling right out front. Restaurant pretty good. Staff very helpful.

“5* location, 5* staff”

I’m staying in a room with a view of the beach that I can be standing on in twenty paces. The staff are lovely, the food is good and I am staying at a place where I can be on the beach in a heartbeat. OK, the bathroom is tired, the room could be brighter but, and it’s a big but, for less than the cost of a pizza in Europe I am being looked after by wonderful people in a 5* location. One more thing, it’s fun to stay here.

The staff are excellent and super friendly. The location for snorkelling off the beach is perfect. The resto is a great place to eat and hang out.

Staying at Blue Stay is more like a home stay. You feel like you are part of the Blue Star family. The staff are very helpful and kind.

On Jemeluk beach, so perfect location for snorkeling. The breakfast is ok and the staff is nice. We stayed 2 nights. It’s was ok.

Location. location, location! Right on the beach. Affordable. Lovely friendly staff and family where nothing was too much trouble. Large water container and flask of hot water in the morning - greatly appreciated.

Beautiful location, right on the beach with superb snorkelling directly out front. Lovely, family run accommodation with delicious food in the restaurant. We loved having coffee and breakfast on our terrace, enjoying the garden and sea views. Thank you for having us 🙏

“Lovely stay in a charming hotel”

Clean, cosy room with rustic charm. This is perfect budget accommodation. I loved the big bed, the spacious room and the generous balcony with a sea view. The hotel is right on the beach, away from too much noise. The restaurant is lovely and relaxing, overlooking the beach. Perfect location if you want to snorkel and the hotel rent goggles and flippers to guests. The staff are so friendly. They learnt my name straight away and were really accommodating. They helped me when I cut my ankle while snorkelling and took me to the medical centre. I really appreciated their help and kindness. I wanted to extend my stay but sadly my room was already booked.
