Location was fine for what I wanted. It's in a quiet part of the Hof van Twente with easy access to both Goor and Delden. Very clean room, very good breakfast, helpful and friendly owner and excellent value for money.

“The best accomodation I ever had on Booking.”
This is absolutely exceptional accomodation. This was my first stop on my 2 weeks long European roadtrip. Since I arrived I was absolutely blown away how high the value for the money is. The owners are very welcoming with absolutely amazing customer service. I had a dinner both evenings at the nice garden. I asked for a sandwich as take away on my last day because I had to leave early - was no problem. Big room, nice bathroom, very quiet to sleep. Amazing. Highly recommended!

“Perfect place to relax”
The house was beautiful and cozy, owners are very nice and having a lovely and friendly dog. Breakfast was big and very tasty. Nice location for walking and just relaxing.

We was very surprised with how beautiful the home was. Very clean, amazing room. Plenty of space and very friendly and acomodating staff. We loved the place and we can't wait to return but this time for much longer. We would highly recommend this place for a relaxing quiet friendly stay.
