Reception staff were fabulous as we had a lot of trouble with Air France losing our luggage. The reception team were a huge help in getting our luggage back. Decor in reception and pool area great. The restaurant staff, especially Jessica and Nasser are also great.

“Amazing vacations !”

Beautiful exotic place! All staff is amazing, every little thing is taken care of. Food is delicious and special thanks to the girl who remembered how much I loved papaya jam at breakfast and she would bring it. Entertainment was fun every night, I loved live music! Sunsets are so beautiful! I would go for walks on the beach late at night just to enjoy the sound of the ocean. The resort offers different tours and boat trips, I was busy every day doing different trips. I tried the spa as well. So many things to enjoy! I am so happy I chose beautiful Palm Beach Resort and Spa!

“Lovely, comfortable and incredible service from the whole staff”

The staff were lovely and kind from the moment we arrived at the resort, and this was especially helpful since we travelled with our twin toddlers. We were welcomed warmly and the resort was beautiful, lovely views over the ocean and the drinks were always served cold and I found it to be reasonably priced as well. Would highly recommend for a stay with family as you will feel relaxed.

New, clean and convenient facilities. Everything functions well and the staff is nice and pleasant overall.

I absolutely enjoyed everything about my stay. The personal touch and friendliness of the staff and manager made us really feel at home and welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay.

Amazing resort !! Excellent staff. Room was beautiful and any problem was resolved. Staff were friendly , manager was on point! Always different activities to join in with. A very close nit community when you are there. The only issue was the English language barrier could cause for a few issues, however these were all rectified and taking seriously. The cleanest hotel and most helpful , friendly hotel I have ever been too !!

“Different to what we expected”

The location is amazing and the pool and beach set up is exactly what you want from a resort! The spa treatment was very nice and affordable and our lovely waiter Idrisse was soooo friendly and helpful (he was a stand out staff member). The food was delicious, the chefs do a magnificent job and we enjoyed the themed nights a lot.
