“Nice view of castle”

well located and nice view of the castle. Restaurant underneath had nice,reasonable food. No parking but found a space not far and it was free. Comfortable bed.

The position is fantastic, a lot of room in your room and general old French house. I would definitely go back. Hosts are supportive and helpful

The room & attached bathroom were both lovely - the best of our trip. The position overlooking the Main Street and the château is ideal - the street is lively but closes up for the night relatively early. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Our hosts made us feel very welcome.

A very helpful and welcoming staff, we were very well looked after! The rooms are comfortable, spacious and well decorated, you can believe the photos :-) The location is on the very busy street, it gets quiet after 22:00 (but we enjoyed it).

Fantastic location. Historic building with friendly staff. Also ate dinner in the restaurant which was very good.

“Nice little accomodation in the heart of Amboise”

The Villa Roma is in the very heart of old town Amboise, right on the promenade, so the location could not be better. It is an Italian restaurant with few rooms in the back. Our room was spacious with fridge inside. Bed comfortable, all was very clean. Bathroom was small but clean and with all ammenities we needed. They have space for bicycles inside, under the roof, which is great for Loire cycling.

When we arrived we didn’t get a friendly greeting she seemed fed up that we had arrived , but as she showed us around she was friendlier and helpful showing us everything in the room , it was right in the centre on a lovely street . Very olde worlde building . Spacious room with sink fridge and microwave .

“Delightful, central B&B”

The location is excellent and couldn’t be improved upon. The restaurant downstairs is very good indeed and we enjoyed the breakfast (in the same place) a lot. There’s an eccentric charm about the whole place, which was fun. The view from the bedroom windows is onto the street and the château opposite. The bed was very comfortable and all seemed clean enough. Nice, unique atmosphere.
