“Beautiful place with lovely host.”
The owner was extremely friendly and helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. He was very knowledgeable about the area telling us where to go and what to see to make our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast had a good choice of foods. The old charm was very characterful.

A charming place in a perfect position for visiting Château du Clos Lucé. An excellent breakfast with good quality ham, well chosen cheese and freshly-squeezed orange juice. We were glad to be able to leave the car here during our visit to the château.

“perfect for visiting Amboise and Chateau Clos Luce”
sat nav had problem guiding us to clos Luce as they are doing road works. We phoned owner and he very kindly came down to car park we found on his electric scooter to show us the way. A beautiful old building just a short walk to Chateau Clos Luce, which is why we booked it. Plenty of parking in driveway. Ours was a huge bedroom on ground floor smallish bathroom but OK. Breakfast in a lovely room with views over the Chateau trees and park. Easy walk down to main Amboise Chateau and restaurants, even for us oldies

“Wonderful!”
Philippe is a warm and welcoming host. Our room ( number 1) was comfortable and spacious and the (continental) breakfast is fresh and tasty. The location is fabulous, close to the town centre with many shops and restaurants, and walking distance to three chateaux (Royal d'Amboise, Clos Luce and Chateau Gaillard). Would highly recommend.

The split level accommodation was an interesting experience Air-conditioning was good for a hot summer The breakfast was so amazing-the croissant and bread were really top class The host was really friendly Perfect location opposite Chateau du Cros

“Very good location close to tourist attractions, eateries and bars.”
Not only was breakfast very good, with a wide choice of quality products from a cold buffet, but it was also included in the cost of the room. We were also offered freshly squeezed orange juice by our host.

Room was cool whilst very hot outside. Great Location for Clos Luce, and only 15 minutes walk to town centre and restaurants. Really nice dining room and good breakfast. Parking area locked at night.
