The property worked extremely well for me and my family, all rooms had en-suite so no queues for baths on a morning. We (my wife and I) took the top floor suite with hot tub, it had loads of room and the grandkids loved the tub.

Amazing property with 2 parking spaces, host left us a beautiful hamper on arrival. House is stunning with fantastic bathrooms in each room. A Short walk into the village, about 15 - 20 minutes walk to the beach, would love to stay again

We all had a lovely ensuite bedroom Lovely top floor room with fridge and balcony to sit out and enjoy the sun Kitchen was fully equipped with lots of different glasses being a plus Jess the owner was very quick to send us 2 new hairdryers before we found an original.

Lovely property and very luxurious, 4 double bedrooms with 3 having on suite and the fourth located on the top floor and bathroom to this one is next door to the bedroom. The top floor entertainment area with balcony is a fantastic area for gathering and using the spa bath facilities. Great access to wonderful walks and Warkworth beach nearby which is definitely worth a visit.

Space, layout, excellent eating area, attention to detail, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and bedding. Excellent parking. Pet friendly with a walled outdoor space.

Fabulous house for our catch up with friends. All of the rooms and bathrooms were a very high standard, and the spa bath on the top floor was a lovely relaxing space. Good quality and well equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery and good glassware. A really lovely welcome pack was a nice touch.

The property was beautiful, lots of space, very clean and comfortable. Bedrooms were lovely and again comfortable. The decor and facilities in the house were great we had everything we needed. Really nice welcome pack too which was a lovely touch! A great place to stay with friends or family and it was a great base for exploring/walking distance to the town.

The house is beautiful, just like shown in the pictures. Everything is finished to a high standard and clean. Close distance to amble centre, with shops restaurants and beach.
