“Staff 10 - Hotel needs restoration”
The staff was awesome. All of them really really nice and helpful. Chapeau. The Hotel parking is free and right behind the Hotel. The Hotel is situated right at the border with Geneva so its very easy to reach the city.

“A super convenient stay with tram-at-the-door access and food/shopping just minutes away.”
The tram station right in front of the hotel made it incredibly easy to get around, especially for quick trips toward Geneva without needing a car. There are also handy options nearby—tacos and a supermarket are about a 5-minute walk away—so grabbing food or essentials was effortless. Overall, it felt like a straightforward, no-stress base where everything needed was close at hand.

“Overall stay experience”
The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied, fresh and tasty, with convenient serving hours from 6:30 to 10:00, which suited us perfectly. The room was spacious enough for the three of us. A big plus is the parking — it’s included in the price and located right in front of the hotel (although the passage to the back parking area is extremely narrow). Still, it’s great to have free parking available behind the hotel. The location is also excellent — right in the city center, with good tram connections (even though at the moment, some of the area was under construction).
