“Lovely stay but disappointing overall”

Gorgeous views of the boats and ocean. We had a great spot to see the tides coming in and out of the bay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even to us who are non French speaking. They are able to organise excursions which made everything easy.

Location was awesome and the front desk staff was amazing 🤩. The receptionist nothing was an issue she was awesome

The bungalow are beautiful, the view is magical over the sea. You can just walk down to the beach and swim there or you can also enjoy the two pools availables. We really enjoyed our time here. There is also a restaurant with great food and great options for breakfast. The staff was very nice and took great care of us I highly recommend this place and it is quite cheap if you are sharing a bungalow :)

Amazing location at the end of the beach, close to the restaurants and services but also quiet and tranquil. The bungalows were lovely with great views across the bay. Staff were so warm and friendly, always working with a genuine smile and would do anything to help or make your day better! Incredible value for money.

Loved the location to helle ville and the beach , however in the afternoon the sun disappears behind hill , howver if you are a sun worshipper a short stroll along the beach will fix it .

The worst experience I had We arrived at night after a difficult journey We entered the room the whole place was full of spiders, the toilets were dirty, there was also a dead spider on the towel and there was also a mouse There was no hot water for the shower the guy tried to fix the water He kept telling us to wait 5 minutes until the water got hot We were in this situation from 11pm to 1am going back and forth to the reception the guy told us there was nothing we could do take a shower with cold water it's a real shame paying for a really expensive room and that's what he said in the middle of the night and then he changed us to a room with hot water but the entire floor in the room including the shower was full of large ants and worms we said no we were not ready to accept the room the guy at the reception didn't know what to do anymore so we sat at the reception until morning and left, really rude!!!!!

- Pools, gardens, and exteriors are very nice. - The restaurant staff is very friendly, and they provide good service, even cooking dishes not on the French menu. - The deluxe room is nicely decorated and spacious.
