“Bad Customer Service !”
It was the worst experience, booking this hotel. When we reached there at 1 am, they told me that they had no rooms available in the hotel and there is another hotel 500 mtrs away, where the rooms are booked. When we went to that hotel, the rooms were not as expected and were in bad shape. At 1 am, we tried calling their manager who did nt pick up the phone and never responded. We then searched for another hotel.
