“One of THE Great Hotels - book a room NOW!”
One of the best hotels I've stayed in, and I've stayed in a LOT over the last 40 years. Where to start? Brilliant staff - I know everyone says the Texans are a friendly bunch, but everyone I met in the hotel was exceptional. Friendly, helpful and courteous. Room was superb, all fixtures and fittings were excellent, brilliant bathroom, the most comfortable bed I've slept in for years, great views, really cannot fault it. Decor throughout the hotel is superb, not kitsch, beautifully done. Bar and bar staff superb, great cocktails (recommend the Negroni), superb restaurant (massive thanks to the staff for the belated Birthday gift to my daughter), plus the 'secret Speakeasy' bar in the basement is a genius idea! Truly memorable, as is the City! I can guarantee I'll be back - Barfield, you are superb! Recommend it to everyone.

“Great hotel, location and customer experience”
Beautiful hotel in great location. Room was excellent and perfectly equipped. I also want to mention the outstanding customer service. Our room clean and replenish was not done. The manager of the property personally came to explain why and was incredibly gracious and kind. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the US and Europe and were very impressed by his customer focus. I would definately recommend this hotel.

We had 10 different hotels in our road trip and this was the best hotel. Decoration was nice and room was super clean. Staff was also nice. Location was perfect.

“We'll give it another try as the manager comped our breakfast and valet parking due to issues we had”
Location was great! Breakfast via room service was disappointing. They didn't inform us it would be brought to our room in a takeout bag and takeout containers with plastic ware. Not what you want when you "splurge" on room service. Food was average.

Property is very tastefully decorated. The speakeasy was a lot of fun, loved that this was an actual speakeasy back in the day. Loved the shower.
