They renovating the past and it was reflected in the price. However, bathe was not clean, I couldn't get the shower to work. The tap dripped all night, and when I went to check out in the morning, the woman in the office made me wait 3 minutes while she attended to her phone. Come on, do better than this

Front desk lady was nice Beds were reasonably comfortable

“Front desk should always be available 24hrs a day.”

I never checked in because front desk was asleep and chose to lock to door. After calling multiple times I gave up and went next door. Luckily they were awake and had a 24hr front desk.

We checked in, they gave us a room that was completely full of humidity and with a really strong horrible smell. We asked to change rooms because of allergies in our family and the response was all the rooms were currently in the same status. The tap of the sink did not work correctly, only my dad took a shower, the towels in bad condition and the bathroom was not nice and way to small. The curtains looked dirty and had a really strong smell.

This place does not look like the pictures the gym doesn’t work the Pool is closed there is cucarachas everywhere and every single room of that hotel looks like a crime scene the only good part about it was the people at the front desk there were helpful and move me to what they call a better room closer to the front desk because I was scared for my life

In 3rd room I looked in to find 1 that was not disgusting (woman at check in was helpful!), we found comfortable beds and AC worked!

I went ahead with the reservation, but after reviewing the room, knew I couldn't stay there. There were even bed bugs. I had to leave. I asked for a refund and because I booked through booking.com, the hotel employee said I had to go through them. No refund from them either. I will never stay here nor go through booking.com again.
