“This was the worst stay I have had at a Marriott hotel, hidden fees, no hospitality or customer serv”
The fees were horribly overpriced: pet fee of : $75.00. In all my years of staying in hotels I have never paid this much!! A parking fee of $10.00 was not listed on the website and thrown in on a parking permit at check in; were else is one supposed to park and I have NEVER had to pay to park at any hotel in the world!!!!! Pay for breakfast, no free coffee.... a horrible experience = I will not stay at Courtyard again.

“It was ok”
It was clean and convenient to where we wanted to visit. The hot tub was passable but the pool was very very cold. The staff was friendly. Check in was easy. Bed was firm so if you like that your are in good shape.

No thing we'll, even my kids got out of the pool on their request... suppose a technical issue was going on...and was not advised in to tge rest of guess as a warning...

“I understand the virus situation, but the price did not reflect the lace of amenities.”
There was no breakfast, restaurant, swimming pool, hot tub. Sheet and blanket were missing from the room, and there was no maid service. The grounds looked like an overgrown jungle.
