The setting of this accommodation is absolutely stunning. If you love nature you will love The Hideaway. The garden is so pretty and all you can hear is the birdsong. It was so lovely to lie in the garden on a sun-lounger and soak up the atmosphere, with a good book. The appartment was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. The owners have thought of everything that you could possibly need, and gave me such a lovely warm welcome. The owners live on site and were happy to answer my endless questions! I wished I could have stayed longer, but I will definitely return.

Special place, in the middle of nature. Sarah and Mark are amazing host. The breakfast was incredible and made with love. It’s the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy nature, also close to many nice little towns and to hikes in the Monti Sibillini.

Really recommend! We stayed at the Hideaway in July and we had really a wonderful experience. The appartement has everything you need and feels really cozy. Also, even though the temperature outside was above 30 degrees, it was not so hot inside. On top of that, you have your own terrace with a view of the beautiful nature there. The area is really beautiful and quiet. We liked it so much that we send the owners a WhatsApp message few days later to see if we could come back again after being in the south for couple days. Communicating with them was very easy and we heard almost immediately that we could come back. The owners are really friendly and helpful with recommendation for exploring the area.

The Hideaway is wonderfully isolated in the Le Marche countryside with superb views and top service from Mark and Sarah. They know everything about the region! In less than 10 minutes you are back to reality with supermarkets, bars and restaurants which for us was the perfect balance for an ideal holiday.

Easy to book with excellent communication from booking through to check-in. The owners provided excellent directions to the property which is situated in a very quiet and peaceful position. I received a very warm welcome from the friendly owners and was pleased to find some welcome goodies in my room including delicious homemade cake. The appartment and garden was beautiful, and exceeded my expectations. After a restful night in the spotless room, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast before I left. Perfect in every way and highly recommended.

We arrived at approximately 5.45 having driven from the Dolomites. About 8 hours. The owners were not in their mobile home next to the two very small cottages, one of which looked derelict. Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures, the property is a ramshackled building site. We waited around for half an hour and were starting to get concerned about where we would stay for the night. We took the decision to move on and eventually found accommodation in Assisi two hours later. The owners maintained that because we had not told them when we would arrive, even though they admitted no-one was at the property to check us in, we would not be allowed to cancel the booking. They do not make notification of check in time a requirement in accepting the booking. We had been hiking in the Dolomites and had not seen the email requesting a check in time. If we had anticipated being very late we would have got in touch. Booking.com were zero help and we won't be using the site in future. The owners admitted that they had gone off walking their dog. They did not leave a message to say when they would be back. It's also difficult to find and a long way from any places to eat.

Mark and Sarah were exceptional hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The location was lovely, a real hideaway. The pool was divine, and our room very comfortable.

A well-located house with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Plenty of space to relax - deckchairs, swimming pool, BBQ area, individual terrace where the sun greets you when you sit down to breakfast. Peace and quiet. A good starting point for trekking along the paths of the Sibillini National Park. Super hosts Sarah and Mark welcome you with home-made bread and cakes and wine from local vineyards. Very nice and helpful in choosing the best restaurants in the area and other attractions. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. Very well stocked - whatever comes to mind you will find it in drawers or on shelves. Great place. We are planning a longer stay next year.

What a fantastic place to be! During the first half of the 2000s, one of us, Klara, travelled to every continent, covering almost half the world, and have stayed in numerous places and met countless hosts, but Sarah and Mark are definitely at the top of the list! We arrived with our 15-year-old rescue dog and received the warmest welcome. Not only were we offered chilled prosecco, but we were also treated to Mark's delicious homemade bread, Sarah's dreamy and beautiful strawberry jam, and dog biscuits. Furthermore, Mark and Sarah's genuine enthusiasm and dedication immediately won us over. The place itself is a slice of paradise. The old houses have been carefully restored, the apartment tastefully furnished, the kitchen fully equipped, and everything was spotless. The garden is a haven, and sitting at the table in front of the apartment, sipping prosecco and admiring the beautiful scenery while listening to the birds singing, is pure bliss. We even discovered hidden little elf houses - perhaps Mark's work, although we didn't inquire. During our stay, Sarah and Mark surprised us with a delicious lemon cake, which not only looked amazing but was also moist, delicious, and divine. And we mustn't forget the four-legged treasure of The Hideaway - Maya, the shy and beautiful rescued dog who stole our hearts. All in all, this place is an earthly paradise, and a part of our soul remains there. We will undoubtedly return in - probably one autumn when we imagine the nature surrounding the site will be painted in a million colours. Well, the room was so comfortable, it's a gorgeous place and the breakfast was wonderful if unexpected ,I did not think it was included but Sarah and Mark gave me a wonderful brekky with melon, ham and home made cakes, coffee and orange juice, much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Mark and Sarah have reached near perfection in their B&B. Everything was well thought through, up to the smallest detail. This felt like home away from home.
