Spacious 2 bedroom great for small or younger families. Didn’t see much of the host, only on arrival but they left fruit for us in the fridge as well as plenty of water. Beautiful accomodation overall. A little pricey but compared to Zakynthos centre was well priced, and much nicer than staying in the centre. Alykes has its own centre with cafe and bar lined Main Street.

“Good overall”

The location is good, very close to the beach and bars. The facilities were good and the staff was friendly and helpful. All in all, it's a good stay.

Eleni was really friendly, helping with everything we needed. At night it was quiet. The kitchen was really small and very basic equipped. If you don't want to cook more then 1 pot it was ok. The beach nearby was ok,, at least it was really close.

The owner Fotini was on site to meet us. Lovely family that own the apartments. I would recommend this place for its ideal location. Not far from the beach and restaurant's The view of the mountains from the apartment was nice. There are quite a few steps to get to the top floor, but ok if you able bodies. They have a basket ball hoop for kids. I played with my wife and it was fun They also let you take out their rusty but functional push bikes which was nice There are a mix of nationalities here, English, Welsh, German, Hungarian etc The wifi was great, no issues at all and the TV was modern with the ability to project from my phone which was great. There are some channels on the TV, but I mean you go away to get away from the tele right? The apartment itself is basic, but has everything you need in our opinion. I mean if you want luxury then go somewhere else. These apartments are ideally situated and we really enjoyed our stay. There is a local Spar supermarket just up the road which has decent enough prices The air con is free and works as expected. They also have mosquito net for the balcony. Be warned, there are many mossies so take mossie stuff before arriving We hired a car for 5 days cost us 235 Euros in total I think, that includes petrol and we covered around 390km around the island. The roads are dodgy so take care driving our here, many hire cars with scratches etc I did not drive at night for example Alot of bikes zooming around, something to be aware of. This apartment is near the main road that you can hear the traffic. Although, not too bad really, far away enough not to get on your nerves Would definitely return to this place

“Wonderful place near to a beautiful sand beach.”

1. Location is perfect - the beach is very close (300m) 2. The air conditioner is good enough 3. There are parking spots 4. The yard is clean and beautiful. 5. Bathroom is sufficient, didn’t have any issues with hot water and so on. Keep in mind that it is not luxury but we like such places

Spacious apartment within a walking distance to the beach and to the center . It has private parking, a/c in both of the rooms , they clean the apartment regularly and the owners are lovely . Highly recommended

This is a lovely apartment which is equipped with everything you need; such as cooker, fridge, kettle. The shower has good water pressure and there is a balcony with table and chairs. There is additional communal spaces including a basketball hoop and ping pong table. The hosts are really helpful and available quickly if needed. The location is excellent. Away from the hustle and bustle near the river but a short walk into either resort which makes it perfect for exploring more widely. The beach is just round the corner a very short walk away. Would definitely book again.

Perfect location. The studios are situated very close to two villages, Alykes and Alykanas, in an area full of bars and taverns. The beach is a few minutes away. Friendly staff. AC in the rooms + a kitchenette with a fridge. Good quality for the money paid.

Great quiet location, short walk to the beach and bars , restaurants. Very handy for next resort Alykanas too. Lovely sized balcony in the shade until the afternoon. Extremely comfortable mattress and pillows, copious amounts of towels delivered on a regular basis . Garden area well kept and gazebo and seating for use . Plenty of private parking. Owners friendly .

The location was great, close both to Alykes and Alykanas, in a quiet area, close also to the beach. Whenever we needed anything, the host was very helpful and always fast in accommodating our needs. Good air conditioning, there were mosquito nets at the windows and also a mosquito repellent to plug in.
