“Over all it was bed experience, swimming pool was only 3 ft deep whereas it was shown as four feet,”
No BF was served. While booking, it was made me understand that my BF is included but when went for BF, I was told that no breakfast is included.

“Dont stay at this hotel! security guard at the parking level! It's not value for money...”
extremely uncomfortable bed mattresses. If I have opted for a double bedroom, why was i provided with two single bed size mattresses with a pronounced edge that would rub against the back harshly on lying down on bed. Also, i had asked for an extra cup for drinking tea as only one had been provided and it was provided after 5 hours of making call to the reception. Also, only one towel was provided for two persons staying at the hotel. A disappointing experience overall! The only friendly staff i came across was the security guard managing the parking lot. he was really nice and polite.

We reached around 3.30 and were quickly settled in our rooms which were alloted on 5th & 6th floor. Occupancy was less, hence it was very quick. The rooms were spacious, linen crisp, washrooms clean, and good wi-fi. Breakfast was Indian assortment of bread toast, eggs to order, cut fruits, south indian items like idli, rawa upma, paranthas, Poori-bhaji, Choley- Bhature. Those who prefer only continental would be disappointed. Very helpful staff who informed us about hotel rules reg room service, places to visit nearby. Check-out was very smooth.
