The apartment had all the amenities we needed. Great location. Easy access to uber for travel. Walking distance from lovely restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. If you’re thinking of staying here for Afronation — I would definitely recommend.

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Vila da Praia”
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Vila da Praia. We were met by Rita who opened the parking gates and escorted us to the room. We were met with a bottle of wine and some snacks on the dining room table which was a nice touch. There is also a “espresso” type coffee machine which made great coffee. Again, they were thoughtful enough to leave capsules for our use until we could top up the supply. The view from the balcony towards the ocean was very pleasant. I made a point of having a coffee on the porch every morning as the sun rises on that side. The balcony was great as it was spacious and had a patio set on it. We had dinner every night we stayed in. We also enjoyed the fact that you had private parking in a locked community setting. The pool was also beautiful but still a little cold for a dip in February. We loved the location as it’s just outside of the main town. This allowed us to get our walk in whenever we went into town for dinner. Another bonus is that the grocery store is just up the street and within easy walking distance as well. There is a boardwalk 10 minutes from the apartment and it seems like it goes for miles. I think we walked all of it and the beach is beautiful. You felt as though they really cared that you enjoyed your stay. Can’t say enough as we have fond memories of our 9 days there.
