What I liked the most was the outdoor space, which is very pleasant and well maintained. There was also an animal-themed entertainment activity, where they presented animals such as snakes, turtles and parrots. This was a great experience, especially for families, and the children really enjoyed it. They also loved the inflatable in the pool, which was definitely a highlight. The hotel’s shuttle service to the beach is also very convenient and a great added value. The room has a good size and was clean, which is important. Overall, the facilities are well presented and suitable for a relaxing stay.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. I would especially like to highlight the food; while there wasn't a huge variety, every dish was tasty and satisfying. I was consistently pleased with the breakfast, lunch, and dinner options.

We had a fantastic week at the navigator palm oasis alvor. The hotel was lovely and clean, towels and bedding smelled amazing. The pool area was spotless and beautiful surrounded by well maintained gardens. The indoor pool was also very clean and lovely and warm so even if it was too cold for a dip in the outside pool, we just went indoors for a swim then back to our sunbeds. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool area so always found some. The food was exceptional, there was plenty to choose from and it was all very tasty, 1 of the best all inclusives we have been to food wise and we have stayed in quite a few 5 star all inclusive resorts. The walk into town was easy, takes about 15-20 minutes and Alvor is lovely, very pretty and plenty of shops and restaurants.

For the money we paid, outstanding. I didn't expect anything great due to lots of poor reviews I'd read, and also this was the cheapest all-inclusive available in the Algarve. I'd like to say to those people that if you want a premium experience then you need to splash your cash and book the premium hotel with the premium prices, I feel the negative reviews are totally unjustified. We arrived the 24 of April, plenty of parking at the hotel. Our room for 3 people was very spacious and clean , no complaints whatsoever. The pool area was nice, pool was clean and all well maintained. The pool bar served super bock beer in branded super bock plastic glasses which for plastic were nice to drink from and made the experience a bit premium feeling. In other all-inclusive hotels we'd stayed at which we paid more for, their plastic glasses were cheap thick plastic and takes away from the experience and enjoyment of a nice cold beer. The food was ok, again don't expect Al la carte because of what your paying. Burgers and things available after lunch finishes. The lobby bar is very nice, and nice branded super bock glasses for the beers. This was a 2 night stay for us and the entertainment on our last night was outstanding, it was a lady singing with a guy on the electric guitar, wow ... He particularly was amazing.... The sound of his playing was in no way overpowering it was class, brilliant. The beds are ok, the bedding to me felt quality, also all smelt fresh. The check out day is check out at 11am, but you can stay using the facilities till 15:00 so again absolutely no complaints.
