We had a fantastic stay at Terraco e Mar. The apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and feels really welcoming from the moment you arrive. The terrace is definitely a highlight; spacious, well-furnished with loungers and a large dining table, perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors under the canopy. The hosts were absolutely lovely; warm, attentive, and clearly invested in making our stay as enjoyable as possible. They met us on arrival and departure, which was a really nice personal touch. The location couldn’t be better. It’s less than 10 minutes walk to a gorgeous beach and the town centre, with a large supermarket just around the corner. There are also some bars and restaurants right downstairs (including a lovely Italian), but the apartment itself is peaceful and quiet at night. The layout worked really well for us. There’s one lovely bedroom, a very comfortable fold-out bed in the living room, and even a smaller fold-out or mattress option for kids. The kitchen is compact but has everything you might need for a holiday stay. AIRCON in both rooms, thankfully! A small note for families with young children: since the terrace is on the top floor, we chose not to leave little ones out there unsupervised. Overall we felt it was a fantastic place to stay; relaxing, convenient, and thoughtfully set up. A wonderful holiday spot that we’d happily recommend to others.

“Perfect property”

The property has a really big terraced area with views of both the pool and the sea. Inside it’s spacious and clean. The development has a great pool area that is serviced by a very attentive lifeguard (Santos) who is extremely helpful The property location is perfect to access the beech and the town centre.Victor was a great host who communicated very well with us.

The place is clean and spacious and has everything u need. Has the most amazing private balcony. It has a fantastic pool and loads of restaurants and bars right on ur doorstep. It’s fantastic for families and someone who has walking difficulties like me. It’s so close to everything beach and all that alvor has to offer. Perfect place and perfect hosts so thoughtful and caring. They came to check on us through out the powercut of portugal. They also left us some bits to start our holiday a bottle of wine oranges and ice so thoughtful. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. When we return to portugal we will definitely be using this place again 😊

The apartment was spacious and clean inside with a lovely private terrace looking down on the courtyard and pool. The location was an easy walk to the town and harbour.

The terrace was just fabulous, it got the sun all day which was amazing in November! It was really quiet as top floor; however, it would be very different when busy as in a large block & you do hear chairs scraping in other flats plus there are restaurants underneath. The flat was just outside the town, an easy 8 minute walk in.

I have advised this site that the landlord bombarded me with phone calls and messages. Whilst I was there and since I left. My complaint was literally ignored and a generic reply issued - about 4 days after. Even though as a solo traveller I was very concerned. No duty of care shown by this site. Be aware ladies.

“Great location between Alvorand beaches. Lavish apartment with one massive patio; hard to get keys.”

No breakfast. Two great patios. Two microwave ovens, two television sets--an embarras de richesse.
