“Exceptional service and great value”

3rd time staying here. This is a great value hotel for the area. The rooms are all huge. I like to have access to a gym (which this hotel does not have) but there is so much space in all the rooms I bring my skipping rope and band and it works great. There are other more luxurious hotels in the area that I’ve staying in but I find the service and responsiveness from the staff her far better. The reception staff were incredibly hospitable, went above and beyond to help me. You need transport to accces the local attractions but uber or taxi is very easy here.

1. The location is not too far from the main tourist attractions. 2. There are restaurants and even Al Back just across the street. 3. For the price it charges and the fact that Al Ula is an expensive place, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

The two reception staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, they guided us on where to go in AlUla, how to buy tickets, and recommended the best places to visit. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made our stay much easier. Breakfast was also nicely served and enjoyable.

“Luxury room with a delicious breakfast to start the day”

The hospitality as soon as I arrived was outstanding. The room was small, but was everything I needed. The bed was so comfortable it was the best night sleep I had in 2 weeks. The breakfast had a vast variety, and was well presented, including the dining room. The staff were all welcoming.

Owner (Host) Mr Hmoud is very supportive and helpful. He personally took care for our comfortable stay and permitted late check out Tagreed on front desk allowed early check in. Chef and staff at Breakfast very attentive.

“Good hotel, friendly staff”

Breakfast was very ordinary. Very limited options and no cappuccino even though had a barista machine onsite. I had to pay for still water in my room. All other hotels have this item as complementary.

The room was just GREAT - spacious, comfortable, and very modern. They welcomed me with traditional Saudi tea and dates, and kindly helped me with my luggage. The hotel provided various shampoos, body lotions, flip-flops, and several towels, which was a nice touch. Also the view from the room was good. The breakfast was also very good. The setup depends on the number of guests staying at the hotel. When there are fewer people, they serve individual portions on plates covered with plastic. On my first day, there were only two guests, so they prepared two personalized tables. On the second day, with more guests, they offered a full open buffet. The food was delicious, and the chef and staff were excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay. They even tried to assist me with transportation, as finding a taxi in AlUla can be a bit difficult.
