“Poor Cleanliness, Maintenance and Check-in Issues Made the Property Uninhabitable.”
The location was good and the property had potential. It is in a convenient part of Altrincham, close to the town centre, restaurants and local amenities. Based on the listing photographs, I expected a bright, clean, well-maintained family townhouse suitable for a longer stay but my experience was very different. I could not recommend it, particularly for families, unless the cleaning, maintenance and safety issues are fully addressed. I raised these issues directly with YourStays and Booking.com in January 2026 and the matter remains under complaint. I am posting this review now because there is a time limit for leaving feedback and, as I have not yet received a satisfactory written response or resolution, I consider it important to record my experience for the benefit of other guests.

“We had a lovely time here. The comfiest beds and all we needed to have a lovely break.”
A quiet location with comfy beds and plenty of room to relax. The park next door was a lovely place to walk and we were close to other places we were visiting.

Comfortable, spacious. All mod cons! Couple of convenience stores, 2 takeaways and a bakery on the doorstep as well as easy access to local park and Altrincham centre.

I was very disappointed with the TV 32 inch TV in the living room and this was the only TV in the property I felt they should have decent size TV .I stayed for 5 nights however could not enjoy a movie night..also bathroom condition is really bad the flash does not work properly, the paint work is coming apart not a good look.

Great location and perfect for our needs. Also had a washing machine which wasn't obvious before arriving and was extremely useful
