Overview
Located in the centre of Altmünster, this hotel was renovated in March 2017 and is only 200 metres from the Traunsee lake and the promenade. Most rooms have a balcony, some of them offer views of the lake. Each room comes equipped with a cable TV and has a private bathroom including a hairdryer. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire Hotel Altmünster. You can spend relaxing hours in the library or in the parlour with an open fireplace. Kids can have fun in the games rooms. A water ski school and tennis courts are just a 2-minute walk away. The free ski bus to the Feuerkogel Ski Area stops right in front of the Altmünster hotel.

“A nice stay!”
The hotel is situated right in the center of the town, on main street, beside the lake (a wonderful view from the room). The staff was very nice and helpful (lady from the reception booked us a dinner to a traditional restaurant (very close from the hotel).

Very welcoming and kind staff! Great location, next to the lake, room was nice, cozy and clean, terace had charming view to the lake and mountains - fantastic place to start the day with the breakfast!

Perfect place for short active holidays, especially biking tours. Big parking place, possibility to store bikes in the garage, lake directly in front of the hotel, close to restaurants, shops, ca 3 km from the centre. Good breakfast, fully equipped apartment with great view on the lake.
