Incredible experience, Excellent location, everything within walking distance, shops, cafes, attractions, 20 minutes by car to the waterfalls, 45 minutes to Hallstatt, very clean, all the dishes and accessories are there, I highly recommend, very nice owner, was in touch all the time.

Our host was very kind! He also gave some recommendation for restaurants. The apartment in the ground floor was superclean! Even if we barley used the balcony it was very comfortable to sit outside. There is a separate Sleeping room, a living room with sleeping sofa(1 1/2 m wide I guess). The kitchen area and an extra Dinner table is included in an larger entrance area. This was comfortable, because we used the living room as a second sleeping room, and we sit together on the large table. Bathroom and Toilet are separated. Beds are really good. Its a 10 minute walk down to the Lake. Next Supermarket almost same distance. The Market in Gmunden is on Tuesday morning. It's worth visiting. Supercool to visit is of course the famous "Miesweg" and not to forget "Kaltenbachwildnis". Grünberg( Treetop walk), Laudach Lake (Berggasthaus Silberfuchs is top) and the small village Traunkirchen with it's monastery is very romantic, .....
