“Nice weekend in Alentejo”
First time in Alter do Chao, family long weekend holidays. The hotel is located in the middle of a far where horses are bred. The hotel is very nice, with rooms around the pools. Rooms are comfy and pools are nice.

The hotel’s environment is peaceful and there are a lot of options in terms of activities —truly an experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Irina at the restaurant, who made us feel very welcome. Pools were excellent, breakfast was good, and being able to grab a quick snack by the pool was a big plus.

we enjoyed every aspect of our stay and tried most of the facilities. We had breakfast and supper at the restaurant and the buffet was well presented with a very good selection of food for every diet from vegetarian to carnivore. The a la carte meals were very well presented with just the correct amount of food on the plate. excellent!

“A relaxed country vibe”
The staff is extremely kind and helpful and the place is very beautiful. Breakfast was also great. The bed is comfortable and huge and it is very quiet all around the place, so we got some quality sleep. It was an overall very lovely experience!
