“Great stay- recommended”
Good location not far from the highway. I think it’s a good option to stay if you want to visit Bologna too, without the crowds and parking issues. We used it as a stay for our trip towards south Italy. Great that parking space is private and gate closed. Spacious room with all you can need, inclusive coffee machine, fridge etc. Full sun proof blinds are a hug plus if you like to sleep in the full dark. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom. Dog could stay without extra charge. Friendly host communication via WhatsApp. Great experience- we recommend and would use it again if needed in the future.

The B&B was located in the coutry side on a quite farm road. There was load sof spcae around the property were you could sit and relax. The facilities were supurb! Aircon was great as Italy is often quite hot, it has a sleep mode and you could even trun the LED light off for night time. There's a washing machine and dryer with all the products needed to wash your clothes. The room has a fridge (with some free soft dirnks and beers!) coffee machine, playing cards snacks, kitchen roll, wine openers, glasses and plastic cups and more I'm probably forgetting. Most of these items were useful for us and is not common in most places. We picked here as its outside the city and thereofre convinient as we had a car to get around. There are some lovely resturents in the area we tried and there a small town close for petorl, food etc.

“For those who want to enjoy peace and comfort.”
I was very satisfied with all the provided equipment in the house; coffee and refreshment were included. It is a absolutely quiet place in the vicinity of Bologna. Safe parking-lot. Land-lady gives all the information regarding check-in in advance. I will come again.

Il Leprotto is a simple structure, it looks like a "normal" house but we found ourselves very well. The host organization Angelica and the owner are based on this conception of normality. In fact, they rarely see each other and communicate on whatsapp. But we were looking for something like this without having someone or something out of breath. The house is large, clean with a large garden, on 4 independent sides. The rooms are upstairs, in the lower part there is a shared living room and kitchen. Everything is organized for the best; in the rooms there are minibar and coffee machine and some "snacks" left free by the owner. Angelica is a kind and loving person, really good at her job. We are therefore happy to have known this structure and we recommend it to those seeking tranquility and relaxation.

Amazing communication from the host. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable with great A/C (37° outside when we arrived). Strong wifi and free snacks and water in the room.
