“Fabulous”

Villa Samar is such a beautiful home and location, close to the Old Town and 15/ 20 minutes from the sea front. The pool is stunning, I swam every day even though it was the beginning of May and the views to the coast are beautiful. The welcome lady Ani was lovely, I left an item of clothing behind and they came and bought it to me as I was still in Altea. ❤️

Nice spacious apartment with fantastic views, and really nice pool. Villa was within walking distance of the old town and beach if you are reasonably fit and don't mind walking. Cheap taxis or electric scooters can be used if not wanting to walk (approx. 7 Euros)

“Perfect holiday destination and perfect place to stay”

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was spacious and incredibly comfortable for our family of six. The view was stunning, and the pool was a real highlight — just perfect for relaxing. The villa’s location couldn’t have been better, within walking distance to both the old town and the beach. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication with the host was smooth and responses were always quick. We couldn’t have asked for more — highly recommended

“Stunning family villa in a beautiful Spanish town”

Fantastic villa for a family stay. The main living area is spacious and comfortable, perfect for our group of 7, and we loved being able to eat together at the huge outdoor dining area. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean and nicely decorated, and the air conditioning worked a treat (which was much needed as there was a mini heatwave during our stay!) We spent several evenings sitting under the olive tree, beside the pool, watching the lights towards the harbour and hills beyond. The old town and harbour are within walking distance, although everything is either uphill or downhill, so flat shoes are advised. Altea is a really beautiful, lively town with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. I'd also recommend taking a walk along the beach front to Albir for a different vibe. We hired a car which was great for popping to one of the many supermarkets and travelling further afield. The host was really accommodating and kept in contact via WhatsApp to answer any queries quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

The outdoor space was fantastic and exactly as in the pictures. The location was also super, able to walk into town centre in less than 10 minutes. Nati was very attentive, answered our calls promptly.

“Perfect trip”

We had the most amazing time at the Villa. The views were unreal, and great location for town and beach. The Villa was really clean, and the beds were super comfy, we all slept so well! I cannot fault anything and we will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful holiday:)

“Relaxing stay”

Great location with few minutes drive from old town. Great base to visit local towns too. Beautiful sea views. Good size of pool and nicely kept grounds, trees and lovely areas for outdoor dining and relaxing. Our host was super friendly and welcoming, checking back on us to see if we needed anything, very helpful and attentive.

Lovely outside space

Amazing house photos don’t do it justice the views are spectacular wonderful pool , great outdoor cooking area and dinning area . Just a perfect house with everything you could need for a relaxing stay .

The villa is very well located and equipped. The handover of the keys went perfectly. Ani, the landlord, is very nice and incredibly friendly. She gave us and our dog a very warm welcome.

“Perfect family getaway”

Villa was stunning along with the location. Old Town was a ten minute walk away with lots of bars and restaurants, really picturesque. if you go down hill they are loads more shops with larger supermarkets if you haven’t done an on line shop. The train line there takes you to Benidorm in about ten minute for 1.45. The owners were just fantastic throughout our stay. Our flight was delayed so they arrived at the property to take our “massive” grocery order which they also put away for us. I left my phone ( nightmare) and they kindly posted it back out to me. I

“Stunning, relaxing, and comfortable!”

The view was absolutely stunning! I loved all the outdoor features and terrace features, seating is plentiful and even a set table and hammock swing etc.

“Great Villa loved Altea”

The Villa had everything you need with plenty of outdoor space. Good location 15 minute walk to old town and 20 min to the waterfront. The views for the sunset are great. The pool would be great in the warmer months but didn't get much use at Christmas. A car would be recommended.
