It was a great experience. The location was perfect, with magnificent views overlooking the sea and mountains. The house was very comfortable, featuring three bedrooms, a spacious living room, and large terraces where we enjoyed dinners with our friends. The main terrace could easily accommodate 8–10 people. The fully equipped kitchen was very important for us, as we mostly had our meals at home—and it had everything we needed. The big, clean pool just 10 meters from the house was a hit. Although it’s shared with neighbors, it was rarely used by anyone else. The kids absolutely loved it. Spacious, shaded car parking was a big plus. Communication with the owner, Corinne, was a pleasure—she offered helpful advice and was genuinely a wonderful person.

Excellent communication with host and owner. 3 storey house with fab terrace off the middle floor and lovely master suite with terrace. It would have been nice to have a table and chairs on this high terrace as well. Electric outside shutters ensured black out bedrooms. Great to open these from your bed in the morning and look out at the view without getting out of bed. Great living area with excellent tv. Laundry room. Lovely shared pool area. Too chilly in March. It’s a few degrees cooler up here so very pleasant in summer I would think. It would have been more luxurious to have had fluffy white towels. And white bed linen. The directions to the house take you to a barrier and a guard entrance. You are waved through. We didn’t expect this and continued up the hill. 🙄 Your nearest coffee shop is by the excellent supermarket at the bottom of the hill. The village of Altea La Vella which you can get to along the top road has a lovely local feel to it with all you need.

Everything... location is great, feels very secure with gated entry. Paco met us on arrival and was very helpful and friendly sending us restaurant recommendations. Accommodation has everything we needed and felt like a home from home. Parking space next to front door. Hot tub was a nice extra. Electric blackout blinds in bedrooms. Lovely sea view from balcony.

This property is straight out of a movie! The sea view is absolutely magnificent, and the shared swimming pool is a fantastic spot to relax. With plenty of space to enjoy, it's a perfect getaway.

The fact on three floors, meant son and wife with one year old had two bedrooms downstairs, living area in the middle and we had top floor. Also toilet on each floor so every where very convenient to get to.

The house was clean, big and had all the facilities you'd need available. Paco, who delivered and picked up our keys was really friendly and very helpful. The well maintained swimming pool is shared with a couple of houses, but we had it all for ourselves every day. Something that the kids enjoyed a lot. The jacuzzi happened to be unavailable while we were there, but this was well communicated on beforehand so this was no problem at all. The garden is a little bit smaller than we'd expect from the photos but that's fine, mainly because of the unbelievably beautiful view from the large balcony. You can see across the hills to the sea and even see the Benidorm skyline in the distance (if that's a good or bad thing might be up for debate though). Same goes for the view from the master bedroom. It is on the top floor with its own terrace having a stunning 270 view. Because of the large windows, you wake up looking in the distance and the mountains next to the house.
