“We would LOVE to come back some day!”
We received a very warm welcome, which was a wonderful start to our holiday. The house is very conveniently located, especially if you rely on public transport. The beach, shops, and the boulevard are just a stone's throw away. The tram runs behind the house, and the station is very close. We weren't bothered by any noise; as soon as you close the front door behind you, it's quiet. The rooms are comfortable and there's a lovely terrace where we spent a lot of time. There's laundry facilities (handy if you only have hand luggage) and cooking facilities (we didn't use them, as we ate out). Also very convenient: both bedrooms have airconditioning and there are two bathrooms.

“We had a lovely stay and enjoyed our time in Altea.”
The location was perfect. The beach was just across the road and the old town was about 7 minutes up the hill (there was a footpath at the back of the house). The kitchen was well equiped and everything was very clean. Both the bedrooms had king size beds and were very comfortable. There is slight noise from traffic outside but not enough that it hindered our sleep. There was a big supermarket about a 10 minute walk away which had absolutely everything for cooking at home. There are plenty of places to eat and drink very close by which catered for lots of different nationalities. As we were traveling from Alicante by tram, I kept in touch with Maida so she wasn't waiting too long to let us into the apartment. She also let us in a bit early and leave a bit late which was a lovely gesture. The apartment is positioned perfectly if you are arriving by tram and there is also free car parking if you are traveling by car.
