“Not satisfactory at all”

Lift wasn’t working and they had no intention to get it fixed any time soon. It was crucifying to carry luggages all the way up for a person who has back problems too. Shower water changed from scorching hot to freezing cold all the time. Sink was blocked and staff failed to sort it out either. Nothing much to eat during breakfast at all, very limited choice and was slow to get more food when one’s finished. Swimming pool was not clean and icy outdoors and indoors swimming and spa facilities were not operating in mid May so we couldn’t even go swimming

“Great hotel shame its so far out”

Lovely large room, quiet and with ample parking. Very clean, great shower and comfortable bed. Reception staff were lovely. Beautiful surroundings and we had a balcony with a great view of the countryside . Very good value but that reflects the location.

Staff was very nice, rooms plenty big and clean, nicely located in a quiet area. The breakfast was good as well with plenty of choice. We arrived earlier than the checkin time and the room was already ready, which was a big plus.

“nice and Cousy hotel for a quiet recharging of your batterys”

Over this year I have been 3 times in this hotel , and it never disappointed me! First off all by a right and fair pricing. Very friendly and welcoming stuff, tasty Italian food, spacious and clean rooms, amazing pool and spa facilities, Some people complain about location, i think its the best location, 5 minutes away from a motorway on to a hill, fresh and quiet location surrounded by pine and eucalyptus trees.

Lovely big room, nice staff, great morning coffee, nice breakfast.

Staff especially Sophia, Veronica & Silvio were very friendly & welcoming an asset to the team. Room’s beautifully decorated, spacious and extremely clean & comfy bed. The sea view from our room was stunning. Beautiful olive and lemon trees down the streets..the hotel set on the hill and the sound of silence and birds twittering..and watching the sunrise each morning. Evening meal was very tasty although a la carte menu.

Very kind and helpful staff. They helped me surprise my partner. Their spa is very good and all areas are clean. Breakfast had many sweet and savory options. Their restaurant is fantastic.

It's quaint, isolated and the swimming pool is really nice. Good water pressure in the showers and comfortable beds. The staff is quite helpful and nice.

Our room had a beautiful terrace with the most amazing view. The dinner at the hotel was amazing and the staff was very friendly, and especially Silvio who was very kind and took care of us!
