“Very bad”
We booked a room by you to check in 00:00-01:00. You arrived at 00:45 to come and start cleaning the room. After we waited 45 mins to you arrive. You started to clean and it was still very dirty no hygiene. You saw it by yourself and after u gave us a another room. This was also very dirty. After you tried to clean it and you left we wanted to start a shower. No warm water and you saw it by yourself its not working. After the shower with cold water we tried to sleep. We couldn’t sleep of the hard noices what u hear on the video. We had a bad experience of your room.
