You cancelled my reservation the same day I was traveling, this is not acceptable, I had a long trip to get this city, actually a very bad experience, then the people at the front desk sent me to a horrible hotel.

For the price paid, continental breakfast should be offered before giving breakfast items then wanting to be paid for the food.
