Located within a 15-minute walk of Concepcion Volcano on Ometepe Island with excellent views of Lake Nicaragua, this quaint hotel features a pool, complimentary breakfast and is a 10-minute drive from Santo Domingo Beach. The simple rooms at Hotel Finca El Chipote come with air conditioning, tiled floors and daily maid service. The bathrooms are private and include a shower and toilet. The hotel’s on-site restaurant serves traditional Nicaraguan cuisine, and is open for breakfast and lunch while it also offers free WiFi. Guests will find a variety of other dining options within 3 km of Finca Hotel El Chipote. Bike and motorcycle rental is available at Hotel Finca El Chipote and guests can also arrange tours of Concepcion Volcano. Guests will find Altagracia’s Central Park and main cathedral within a 5-minute drive. Hotel Finca El Chipote is less than 130 km from Managua’s International Airport, and the island is accessible by ferry from San Jorge. Transfers to local sights are also possible.

“Beautiful view and really value for your money!”
Nice large rooms! The owner is really lovely and helping with everything! We loved our stay, specially the pool and the view are amazing!! The place is really relax and tranquilo! If you go to Ometepe and got a car or anything to move, you should go here!!

The location was fabulous. We had a fantastic view at the lake. The location is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The diner and breakfast were very delicious. We liked also the swimming pool with the beautiful view and the green huge trees, banana trees and behind the island Chipote in the lake. We have seen a lot of beautiful birds and the howler monkeys at the property of the ecolodge. We have rent a motorbike and have visited many places at Ometepe. The motorbikes were brought to our place. The family rooms are very large. We were there for a week and we have had a wonderful stay!

“Beitiful views, charming service and a brilliant price.”
Amazing views, lovely pool area. Clean comfortable rooms with nice balcony. Nice breakfast with coffee and fruit. Gonzalo is very kind and genuinely cares about his guests. He helped me find things to do on the island and was really friendly and fun to talk with. I’d definitely come back here, it’s a special place.

“Dissappointing and over priced”
The view was nice but partially blocked by trees so you can’t really see the volcano. The room was large and had a lot of space and the breakfast was ok.
