We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! The room was spacious, large, and very comfortable, with a cozy and inviting bed. The building itself is absolutely beautiful, and the Michelin-starred restaurant was excellent.

We stayed in Gran Claustre room which was quite spacious and it had a big sized balcony. The hotel also had so much characteristic. We really enjoyed the breakfast. I liked that it was freshly cooked and the staff at the breakfast was really lovely. Spa was also really nice.

The highlight of this hotel is the architecture and design - it's beautiful, built into the old city castle walls. Inside the design is classic yet sleek, the reading area of the satelite building is stunning and so is the courtyard with the pool. The room was comfortable, with the full-sized mirror and welcome chocolates adding a great touch. Also bonus points for the soap and lotion being high quality. The breakfast was good, yet the a-la-carte elements were a bit slower.
