Very good location, close to lake Balaton like 2-3 mins at worst - to be specific, its right in front of the hotel. Staff very kind and has a “family” or “warmly welcomed guest” vibe. Free parking next to the hotel, and also on the street behind the hotel. Next to the hotel they offer food (burger and side dishes, all tasty options) and drinks (alcoholic and soft) - also they have free table tennis, darts, table soccer for fun - kiddos loved it all day and night. At night it gets very friendly and open - kiddos and dogs are allowed, and no one bother if kiddos play hide and seek, or run all over the place.

The location is good. Close to the lake.

The location is just great, it is right in front of the main entrance of one of the greatest beaches on that bank : Alsóörs Községi Strand. There are many activities from a walking distance to eat, drink, take a walk on the harbour. It is 15 minutes away from beautiful Balatonfüred and a little more to Tihanyi

Great location close to the beach. Air conditioning, fridge.

It is really close to the beach, the stuff was really nice and helpful. It was good to have an air conditioner in this hot weather. There is a cool bar next to the hotel where you can drink something or even eat dinner. We arrived super late but we could check in without any problems even after 22:30 in the evening.

really good location - close to the station and directly at the lake. There is an ATM machine at the property but with terrible exchange rate. There is a beach bar attached to hotel with good options for food and drinks, some games (table tennis) and music.

The Hotel is in walking distance to the Lake. Room was clean and comfortable. There is a beach bar at the hotel with nice drinks.

Dirty room. The room had a balcony but it was full of spiderwebs like nobody have cleaned that place for years. I stayer there 3 nights but no cleaning service was provided. The room get easily full of sand because they have a beach there in the bar. I expected, like any other hotel, someone from the to clean the room and eventually to change the towels. Nothing!!

Good clean basic hotel in a great spot by the lake.

Too much noise at night. A bar next to the hotel played loud music until dawn.

the room was situated to garden so there wasnt noise from main street and train, 5minutes walk to water, the bad was good hard..
