Clean room, great breakfast, very nice host. Castell’Arquato and Vigoleno are within half an hour drive and worth the visit!

Clean place an d the breakfast was very thought throug. And the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was surprisingly big, specially if you comapare with the room itself. Good.

Great service, good chat with the owner. Amazing view, and wonderful porch. Local products are really impressive in quality, and by local they literally mean produced down the road. Let the owner suggest you where to buy good stuff. They know their deal, and it's also fair price.

This property is in an excellent location to explore the stunning scenery and local towns. The host is fantastic and provides a wonderful breakfast with many home made cakes and tarts. The rooms are located in a building adjoining the main property, making them private and very quiet. They are a good size and comfortable with tea and coffee available. During our stay the weather was poor and cold so we had to take breakfast inside, otherwise during the warm days it is possible to have breakfast outside on the veranda.

“A beautiful place to stay, and a perfect host.”

Villa Bellaria, was just perfect for our short stay, we were met upon arrival, the immediate impression of the property, house & gardens were that they were very well presented, very well cared for, showing that a lot of work, care and a very high standard is maintained by the host. Very cool, very clean, and very comfortable room, bed and bathroom. We arranged without any trouble an early (7.30am) breakfast for the following morning. The breakfast was served outside, undercover, in the bright and cool of the fresh morning air. The breakfast, was plentiful with many options, available to us. Again the high standard of the Host's presentation and cleanliness, and willingness to serve was clearly seen, and very nicely received.

Breakfast was wonderful, very extensive by Italian standards, even every morning several delicious, freshly baked cakes. I had a single room which was quite spacious and very clean. Top!!
