On 9/2/2024, my husband and I stayed at the Home2 Hotel for the second time. After we checked in, we found black hair on the hand towels, black curly hair on the bath towels, and bird-like feathers on the edge of the bed sheets. I wanted to solve it simply, so I called the front desk. After 15 minutes of calling, no cleaning staff came to change the disgusting bath towels and bed sheets, etc. I walked from the third floor to the first floor to find the front desk staff. The front desk staff was a black lady. I told her the situation and showed her the photos. She had a bad attitude and ignored me. She said she would change it for me. Later, I called twice more, but no one came to change the disgusting bath towels, etc. After two hours, I took the hand towels and met and walked from the third floor to the first floor front desk again. The front desk staff changed me clean bath towels, etc., etc. Please friends, when you stay at this hotel, you must first check whether the hygiene in the room is clean. “Nice location clean new facility”
Breakfast was basic, good, plentiful, and fresh. Outdoor seating areas had gas fireplace/pit which was a nice amenity on a cool evening.

“Great location and good rooms”
