Good breakfast, I stay in a wide and clean room. So everything was nice. Employees look helpful. I would like to thank Edward especially. You'll enjoy your stay more if you have a car; there are shops and restaurants within a 1.6-mile radius. That's a 15-20-minute walk.

We always stay here, the beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and the location is good. This time the breakfast bar had some issues, one morning the only milk was chocolate and another the pancake machine was broken. The fruit could be fresher.

I extended my stay for one night. The front desk represententive, Kelli, extended the wrong room and provided keys to the wrong room. The manager, Michelle, had to chase me down in the parking lot to correct the mistake. I found out my key was not coded to allow access to the property so I had to go to the front desk for another key at 2:30am. Additionally I requested a late checkout of 1pm which Kelli (late shift front desk representative) approved. However, she did not communicate the request and acceptance to the morning staff. I was harassed multiple times by telephone and visits to the room and was lied to about customers waiting to check into the room; check in is at 3pm. The manager was very rude, obnoxious and unprofessional over the telephone and refused to believe my statement; she instead repeatedly said Kelli never approved the late checkout. She also did not meet me at the front desk to discuss the issue in person upon my checkout. Absolute terrible experience and I will not patronize another Holiday Inn Express or ING property.
