“One night in Alpen”

We stayed for one night on route to Calais. The room we stayed in was an accessible room on the ground floor. It was very spacious and exceptionally clean. Had all we needed ( except a kettle, only coffee machine ). The breakfast was good and we had a very tasty hearty meal in the restaurant on the evening we arrived. Also had secure underground parking available for an additional small charge. Staff were very friendly.

I can't fault this hotel, it was clean, the staff were very accommodating and kind, and the location, the view plus the room they gave us was perfect.

Love how big the room for three people and the balcony is a plus! Very clean hotel and loved the breakfast buffet. The receptionist is very kind can speak English as well. The fact that Netto supermarket is just 300m away from the hotel is also a plus. We are a family of 5, we got two rooms, both rooms were clean. We enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet. 😊

Fantastic hotel right in the middle of Alpen , incredibly clean rooms and very spacious , very hospitable check in person . One of the nicest hotels i have ever stayed at to be honest .

The hotel is a quite area, very central to where we were visiting and the town center, access was easy, check-in easy and very friendly staff. The whole of the hotel to include the Restaurant and bar was clean and well kept.

Very modern property with excellent facilities.

Modern hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. Bonus was the sitting area outside. Good breakfast. Staff is nice, but reception not always staffed due to lack of personal. We had to phone a number that was on the door. They were working in the hotel, so it only took a minute. You can park on the street in the area of the hotel for free. The biergarten on the back of the hotel serves nice food and drinks. It was only open on friday, not on saturday. Also due to lack of staff.

It was easy, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly.

At the arrival the front door of the hotel was closed. We had to walk around the building with all our luggage. When we told the owner that it was a very inconvenient for us walking with a heavy load, since we both have a fysical problem. The owner told us thát there are far more bigger touble in life. I answered him that it was not up to him to judge. He told us that he could throw us out. We decide to stay and to ignore the rude person. When we asked about parking options in the surrounding of the hotel. We had to decide instantly whether we would park at the hotel, for extra € because later we could not go into the garage if we changed our mind. In the room the refrigarator was not functioning. But we did not go back to the reception, because we had no hoe that the owner would be resonable enough to help us out. So this is not a good place to stay, because of the price and the bad reception.
