Overview
This beautiful woodhouse is located on a foothill, just a 3-minute walk away from Alpbach’s village centre and the congress centre. The property enjoys panoramic views of the Alpine surroundings. Each room at Gästehaus Leirerhäusl includes a private balcony, decorated with flowers and equipped with garden furniture. All rooms have a kitchen, dining area and bathroom. Breakfast is available upon request with a choice of baked goods and homemade products. Handmade furniture and decorations dress up the house. The garden is scattered with wooden benches. Staff are happy to help organize bike tours or guided walks. Guests receive reduced rates at the bike rental shop. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire house. In winter, guests can use the ski storage room, equipped with a boots dryer. The ski bus stops only a 3-minute walk away from the Leirerhäusl. The bus ride to the ski lifts takes only 10 minutes. The distance to Innsbruck is about 55 km.

We stayed in apartment Gratlzpitz, which is the 4 person apartment on the top floor. The apartment is lovely, extremely cozy and beautifully furnished. This apartment has a balcony with a table with sitting room for max 3 people and a lovely daybed where you can relax. Because this apartment is higher, it has a better view than the other apartment. The view is nice, over the rooftops towards the mountains and facing west. The kitchen has a fridge with a small freezer compartment. You can ask for basic stuff like salt and pepper, it is not kept out in the kitchen, so just ask for it. The bathroom has a good, hot shower. Everything is completely clean and new. It is on the edge of the village and completely quiet and within easy walking distance of the restaurants and shops of the beautiful village Alpbach. The hosts are lovely and extremely friendly. We loved staying here and would warmly recommend this apartment for up to two adults and two children/teenagers.

“Summer in Alpbach”
Very nice appartment just a couple of minutes walking away from the center of the village. Calm and silent and with a beautiful view. The landlord Christine was very lovely and helpful.

“Never again!”
No breakfast was provided despite the high price of the stay. We can say we liked the tiny space to park for free. And perhaps the semi-equipped kitchen

Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Great views and very helpful and friendly hosts! Everything was very clean and it was useful having the well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to the bus stop and everything in the village. Highly recommend!
