Das GÄSTEHAUS SCHNEIDER am Dorfplatz is located directly on the village square of Alpbach, offering views of the village and the surrounding mountains. WiFi access is available free of charge. The traditionally furnished rooms and apartments feature wooden floors, making them suitable for allergy sufferers. The large balconies provide views of the mountains and the entire village square. A savoury and healthy breakfast buffet is available every morning at Haus Sonnwend (80 metres away), including fresh fruit and vegetables and products from local farmers, such as bread and cheese. A bus stop, ski schools, a ski rental and many shops and restaurants are very close to Das GÄSTEHAUS SCHNEIDER am Dorfplatz. Parking is available free of charge. The ski bus takes you directly from the guesthouse to the ski lifts, the cross-country ski runs, and the ski school. Many hiking trails are nearby. A bike rental store is located next door. The Alpbachtal Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits, activities and discounts in every season, including free use of local cable cars in summer, free access to a swimming lake 7 km away and to other public baths. Free use of local buses throughout the year is also included in the card. The hotel team is happy to provide tips on hiking tours, excursions and events in the area.

“Wonderful hosts in a wonderful location”
The location is ideal - right in the middle of the village with views over the ski mountain. It is a very short walk to the nearest bus station and the property has facilities to store and heat ski boots. The hosts got in touch with us a few days before asking if we wanted anything in particular and all our requests (e.g. two bathrooms and a view of the mountain) were met. At the end of our stay the hosts organised a lift to our next accommodation for which we were not charged. If you are looking to stay in an apartment in Alpbach, look no further.

“Beautiful village, beautiful accommodation, beautiful host!”
The location was so beautiful, the views from the guest house were stunning. It was a great location for walks and hikes, so much in the area to do. The accomadation was fantastic, spotless, well equipped and comfortable, also beautifully done in the alpine style. We were made to feel so welcome, our host was wonderful, so warm and friendly, and available if we needed anything or had any questions. I could not fault any of it, it was an amazing; trip, location, accommodation and host.

“Perfect apartment in a perfectly central location, with a lovely kind host! Highly recommend!”
The apartment was everything we could have wished for and much, much more. The host is so accommodating and friendly. We had a 10 month old baby and the facilities were beyond perfect. We are so excited to return to the apartment next year. From the very well-equipped and clean kitchen with cosy living area, spacious and airy bedrooms, comfortable beds, hot and powerful showers, lovely bath, stunning views from every room, perfectly central location, heated area for boots, smart tv in every room, every appliance you could need and everything in between- we can’t rate this place enough!!
