Overview
Located on a volcanic mountain overlooking Milne Bay, Tawali Leisure & Dive Resort features a private beach, a swimming pool, a restaurant and a bar. Each bungalow features a large private balcony overlooking the bay. The tour desk books half-day waterfall and cave excursions, scuba diving tours and fishing trips. All bungalows offer wooden décor and local artworks. Each includes a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities. The restaurant serves a mixture of local and international cuisine using fresh seafood and tropical fruits. The bar offers a selection of beer, wine and cocktails.

“Great place for snorkeling and diving!”
The area is great. There are a lot of coral around the area. Great spot for diving and snorkeling The 2 Kayaks are free to use. Rooms are clean and big with AC and big verandah that is looking over the bay. There is free WIFI in the main area (reception/bar/restaurant) not in the rooms. Only Digicel reception available, but margin.

“Tawali a great place for families to have that much needed "Family Time".”
We went to Tawali to have some family time with our young children and it was worth it. Away from the city and we were able to enjoy swimming in the sea, kayaking and just having the kids really enjoy themselves.

“Idyllic PNG coastal setting for a superb relaxing holiday.”
Tawali is a fantastic resort for divers, snorkeling and travellers who just want to relax in a beautiful setting. The staff are amazing and the buffet style dinner experiences were 5 star: freshly caught seafood cooked to perfection. October, November, December is the best time for divers, but I recommend Tawali for a holiday any time. Will definitely come back.

“Serene and Scenic hideaway”
The food was great, the staff where friendly and assisted us I whatever we wanted to do during our stay at the resort. There rooms where spacious and all amenities. The rooms with Balcony where we stayed had Majestic views of the bay. So many tour and adventures to choose from according to our budget and diving, snorkeling and kayaking gears were available to choose from.

Given its remote location, we were delighted with the Tawali’s amenities. The food was excellent, the activities well organised and throughly enjoyable. Diving and snorkelling were amazing. We were a 6 person 3 generation travelling group. The accommodation in the Ocean Villa was ideal and in a magically setting.
